For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and other customs-related charges may apply. These charges are imposed once the shipment reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Sports Direct has no control over these charges and is unable to estimate their amount. All customs duties, taxes, and related fees remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Orders to Singapore (via sg.sportsdirect.com)
All orders are shipped from Malaysia to Singapore. These shipments are subject to Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) and, where applicable, import duties or regulatory charges imposed by Singapore authorities, including any processing fees applied by the shipping provider.
- Payment Notification: Our shipping service provider will notify you of any applicable GST or related charges prior to last-mile delivery.
- Response Deadline: You must settle these charges or respond within seven (7) working days. Failure to do so will result in the shipment being deemed rejected.
- No-Refund Policy: In the event of a rejected shipment, or if the recipient refuses to pay the applicable GST/duties resulting in the abandonment of the parcel, no refund will be issued.

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Any refusal to pay customs-related fees, GST, duties or processing fees results in the forfeiture of the total order amount.
- The transaction is considered final and non-refundable once the shipment reaches Singapore customs and fees are assessed.
- Sports Direct is not liable for any parcels abandoned or destroyed due to non-payment of fees.
